Commissions are paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must earn in commissions more than $10 in a given month. Payouts are paid through Paypal by the 15th of the following month the commission was earned. You cannot refer yourself, and will not receive a commission on your own purchases. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed, not for chargebacks or refunds.
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program application and it is our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application. The affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Trigger Memory from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgements, claims, costs, losses and expenses. In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees.

You may use graphic and text links both on your website, FB, and in an email. You may use the graphics and text provided by us or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate by Trigger Memory Co.
We reserve the right to modify our Terms & Conditions of this agreement by us at any time. If any updates of our terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation is appreciated but also constitutes your agreement of the terms and any changes made to the terms.
Use of Pay-per-Click Ads or Search Engine Ads:
The use of our trademarked name "Times Tales" as a key word, or any other key word associated with our products, in search engine ads is prohibited as well as any Pay-per-Click ads. We feel that over the past 19 years we have worked hard to build and promote our brand and it is unnecessary for us to pay our affiliates to run ads on search engines. Any disregard of our updated Terms and Conditions will result in suspension or termination of an affiliate account.
